Help I have a new wordpress theme that doesn’t allow me to enter any html like a social button or the html for wordpress stats and now my stats don’t work. Can someone who is an expert with wordpress help me?

I am able to have a CSS Theme in Lefora Forums but I cant find any CSS Layouts and all I got from Google was “Wordpress themes” so thats no good. Can anyone help?
